PROCEDURES
Each Seller has their own procedures. Those procedures are published here, straight from the
SCO we received. Please read them here. It is annoying when brokers ask the same questions that were already answered in the
newsletter.
DO NOT ASK FOR CHANGES IN SELLER PROCEDURES!
RESPONSE TIMES FROM SELLERS
Countless buyers submit ICPO's with the unrealistic expectation that the seller will reply
instantly to the order. This
is NOT true: It can take anywhere from 7 to 14 days to receive an FCO response from MOST sellers (some do indeed move faster,
but it's not the norm).
It is always nice to be treated like you are the only customer in the world, but that only works
at high-end retail stores. It does not work in this business. You are in line waiting, along with dozens of other buyers.
High pressure and trying to change the Seller's procedures results in your offer being ignored, without any feedback.
Humility and patience, along with full disclosure, will go a long way. If your expectations
are in line with reality, you will have a less stressful, more satisfying transaction.

A WORD TO BUYERS...
Seller Procedures are the ONLY procedures that will get you the product you want. If you deviate
one bit, the seller will reject your offer.
If you respond to an offer, MAKE SURE YOU READ THE ENTIRE OFFER INCLUDING THE PROCEDURES.
Make sure your offer is realistic in size, price points, etc. If you won't do the procedures, don't waste your time.
A WORD TO INTERMEDIARIES/BROKERS
If you contact us with a buyer, YOU MUST BE DIRECT TO THE BUYER.
If the buyer comes to you through another broker, you have a chain (defined as someone else
provided you the name, instead of you having the direct relationship with the person who signs the contract and writes the
check).
Rule of Thumb: If the person you bring to the table cannot write a check or sign a contract,
you will be banned from any future opportunities through our seller
A WORD TO SELLERS...
We are always ready to bring transactions to Principal Sellers with a track record
and reputation for delivering on the product.
If you submit an SCO and wish it to be published here, please send the offer on your corporate
letterhead with corporate authority, seal, and all pertinent contact information.
DO NOT ASK FOR CHANGES IN SELLER PROCEDURES!
We will NOT publish your information to keep you from being inundated with others. Your corporate information will remain anonymous
until we have a interested buyer who will follow procedures. Please allow us to perform due diligence on you so we
can bring forward bonafide offers. We WANT to have excellent long-term relationships that are profitable for everyone.
