PROCEDURE:
NON-NEGOTIABLE PROCEDURES:
1 Buyer confirms soft offer and issues ICPO. No Soft Probe Required.
2 Hammer Oil Company issues Full Corporate Offer
3 Buyer signs SCF/FCO and returns the Full Corporate Offer within 3(three) Days.
4 Hammer Oil Company issues draft contract
to implement this agreement.
Buyer signs and returns the Draft Contract with 2% Fully Refundable Deposit.
Within
5(five) international Banking days after signing the present
contract Seller issue to the Buyer Proof of Product.
The transaction and verification process must
proceed within 5(five) working days.
5 Upon Seller receipt of sign contract with
2% Fully Refundable Deposit from the buyer,within 48hours seller legalize the sign contract with
the chamber of commerce.
6 Buyer's Bank SWIFT financial statement/ proof of fund BG/MT103
7 Hammer Oil Company issues hardcopy for final signatory.
8 Seller and Buyer lodge in respective banks.
9 Buyer’s bank swift MT103 to Seller’s bank the amount against first month’s delivery
10 Seller’s bank swift Allocation Number/Tank Receipts/SGS or as agreed
11 Seller’s
bank issues 2% Non Operative PB instrument
activated after receipt of MT103
12 Execution of Storage Ownership Title Transfer and lifting is
immediately after Payment Process Is Completed. Deliverance commence as
per contract.
NOTES:
a) No
title of the goods is transferred until fully settled (paid) on POP verification.
b)
Seller will not transfer any allocation to Buyers
c) Seller does not, has not
and will not grant Dip Test & Commercial Invoice in so far as the title remains the sole ownership of the seller)

The image below is a schematic flow diagram of a typical oil refinery that depicts the various unit processes and the flow of intermediate product streams that occurs between the inlet crude oil feedstock and the final end
products. The diagram depicts only one of the literally hundreds of different oil refinery configurations. The diagram also
does not include any of the usual refinery facilities providing utilities such as steam, cooling water, and electric power
as well as storage tanks for crude oil feedstock and for intermediate products and end products.[1][4][5][6]

There are many process configurations other than that depicted above. For example, the vacuum distillation unit may also produce fractions that can be refined into endproducts such as: spindle oil used in the textile industry, light
machinery oil, motor oil, and steam cylinder oil. As another example, the vacuum residue may be processed in a coker unit to produce petroleum coke.
